Founders & Authors
ThetaHealing® was developed by practitioner and author Vianna Stibal in the mid-1990s and formalised through the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge (THInK). The ThetaHealing® technique is a universal form and is only given in the language of the Practitioner. Joana speaks four languages; however facilitates the sessions in either English or Portuguese.
What Happens In A Session?
We start with a brief intake to clarify your goals. You’ll be guided into a relaxed theta state, then we use gentle inquiry and muscle testing to surface core beliefs. We release limiting programs, install supportive ones, and close with simple integration practices you can use after the session.
Is Theta Healing A Replacement For Therapy?
No. Theta Healing is a complementary modality and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. It can be used alongside therapy or medical care; always follow the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider.
