We begin with a short intake and intention setting. You will lie comfortably while Joana works with a light touch or hands held just above the body, moving through key hand positions. Alternatively, if you have opted for a virtual session, please ensure you are in a calm, quiet, and undisturbed location. The session closes with grounding, hydration guidance, and simple integration suggestions.

Is Reiki Healing A Replacement For Therapy?

No. Reiki is a complementary modality and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. It can be used alongside therapy or medical care. Always follow guidance from your licensed healthcare providers.
